Things that fly!
I've been making a lot of wings lately and one request was for a pair of Angel wings for a 16 inch Tonner doll. Well, the difficulty with this is the lady did not want the conventional harness set up, but wanted the wings to attach using magnets. This was a bit of a challenge and I found the magnets that are used to fasten purse flaps/luggage compartments. These images are preliminary and quickly done. I'll take a few more
when I attach them to my Tonner doll.
The wings are huge! Each half is at least 8 inches across the top and 11 inches at the longest feather. They can also be spread upward or folded in tighter.
The top image are the inner wings. The bottom image is the back of the wing.
